We have now convincingly demonstrated how to combine online, social media, moving images and print in a well-integrated communication campaign with the campaign “A new start, two winners”.

This motto overrides the campaign we developed for the
Federal Employment Agency / Regional Directorate Berlin-Brandenburg. Its aim is to make the THCG, the
Participation Opportunities Act, known – to
(potential) employers. Companies should enable long-term unemployed people to restart their careers
, and the job center can do this for up to
100% of the job for two years Pay for the new employee!

Therefore, the motto of the campaign promises two winners: The job seeker comes back in wages and bread, the employer is happy about a new employee. Important in our times when there is a shortage of workers in many areas.
What was important for our client: That communication works holistically . That means: Of course, all media don’t just have to speak the same language, they also have to be well coordinated.

You do:

The explanatory video that we designed and produced for the campaign moderates the benefits of THCG. We have completely developed and implemented this
website. Concept, text, graphics
and programming come from AR City Media.

In order to reach the target group and thus traffic for the website to </ strong > generate, two different ways were chosen. Firstly, classic print posters that were placed at train stations and , which are used by various entrepreneurs as testimonials to refer to the campaign website. Secondly, as social-
media specialists, we took care of advertising the campaign on Facebook and Instagram and also here on the website
www.gewinner.berlin.
All in all, an extensive communication campaign that uses
different media that work well together are coordinated.
