The strength of our company clearly lies in our creativity, our cultural diversity and our unique experience in opening up to the so far neglected target group of approximately 9 million people with a migration background in Germany. Social Media Manager (men/women)

Your Tasks:

You are responsible for the organization, coordination and updating of our customers’ social media accounts on well-known platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.

Creation of regular reports and suggestions for improvement for the presentation of our customers on Facebook, Instagram and other channels.

Monitoring and moderation of the comment and evaluation areas of our customers’ social media channels.

Crisis management and advice to our customers in the event of negative events .

Optimizing the performance and placement of our ads within the various social media online services.

Support and uplift the communication with subscribers, followers and consumers of our customers.

Your tasks:

You structure and organize all the tasks involved in the implementation of a project and are the first point of contact for our customers in the event of conflicts.

You are responsible for the time and financial implementation of projects and for communication within the agency regarding the individual projects.

You provide comprehensive and individual support for our customers and keep them up to date on current developments in the world of digital marketing.

You act as a link between the agency and the customers for whom you are responsible and you represent us in all meetings and presentations.

In close consultation and cooperation with the project management and the team members of the sales department, you create offers and present them to the customers together with the concepts.

You present our concepts and budget ideas to our customers and create the corresponding presentations.
