Storyline – Job Center goes digital, with AR City Media

We are slowly becoming specialists in support for authorities. After the Federal Employment Agency has relied on our know-how and creativity several times, we have developed and implemented a complete communication concept for the Job Center Berlin. This has been so well received that it may soon be used nationwide.

What was this project about? To answer the question of how to support job seekers in that, the services of the job center can now also be requested digitally, via www.jobcenter.digital, the online service of the Berlin Jobcenter.

Because the authorities certainly keep up with the times: Many of the services requested in these institutions can be regulated from home and in digital environments thus saving you the journey, the waiting, time and money. The problem is that this service has not yet been made public or has not been sufficiently publicized.

Exactly the right case to work on for AR City Media’s communication experts!

So what shall you do to publicize and present these service features? Our suggestion was to develop an animated video explaining the new service features. So a short spot that explains the service and its advantages in a simple language and with understandable illustrations and pictures. In an entertaining and memorable way of course!

Animated explanatory videos as the current form of information presentation and communication are becoming increasingly popular. Not only with the users who click on these videos, but also with companies and authorities, who are interested in their target group as simply as possible and “pick them up”. We also use this medium more and more frequently and create professional explanatory videos.

But this spot wasn’t all. We have also put together a complete communication package to help publicize the job center’s new online service:

DIN A6 postcards with a funny, bold motif “Icke klicke” act as a fast information medium that should arouse interest. The postcards are taken away and serve as a small reminder for the new online service offer,

We used large format floor graphics as another media type. Place tags in A3 format attracted the attention of the audience in an unusual place and specifically refered to the website www.jobcenter.digital, including a striking QR code. Stickers in other formats and various posters in A2 format rounded off the package.

This was a complete concept from a single source that we developed for the Jobcenter. We would be happy to develop one for you, as well, with creativity, know-how and a reliable cost structure.
