We have long been familiar with staff shortages, thanks to the many projects we have produced for the Federal Employment Agency.
Therefore we are pleased that
a successful campaign we have developed continues.

This is about the Participation Opportunities Act, or THCG for short. In 2019,
we developed a communication campaign for the Berlin Business Center that promotes THCG to entrepreneurs.
The main target group at that time were Turkish and other small business owners. Here we have succeeded in demonstrating our
expertise in Ethno-Marketing.

We also designed this website, i. H. Design, text,
programming all came up with our hands. In addition to the online presence, we considered how we can drive traffic to the site. In the end, we took two approaches: the first is a social media campaign that also uses illustrative video to grab attention on Facebook and Instagram.
Second, we used the classic out-of-home media: The posters at popular train stations and subway stations drew attention to the website. We also developed these stunning motifs, including the edited and performed Photo shoots.

We have prepared an explanatory video to convey the advantages of THCG as simply as possible.

The meaning and purpose of the law: to get the long-term unemployed to have a fresh start. Entrepreneurs do not take any risks. On the contrary: The Jobcenter arranges a suitable applicant for the job, trains and coaches him and
pays 100% of the salary for up to 24 months. Other funding opportunities are also available.
