Storyline
As a corporation under public law, the Federal Employment Agency is primarily responsible for job placement and promotion on the labor market. According to an estimate by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), around 83 million people lived in Germany at the end of 2018. The proportion of the population with a migration background was around 19 million in 2018. In order to target this part of the population in a targeted manner, cultural aspects must be taken into account. As an agency that specializes in ethno-marketing, we have the necessary expertise to target specific population groups. Our concept convinced the Federal Employment Agency, so they decided to work with us in 2018.
Our goal was to reach many young people with a migration background and to draw their attention to the Federal Employment Agency. Since these young people can be found on social media, we have produced a corresponding “cool video”, which is perfectly tailored to this target group. We placed the video on social media in such a way that the video was distributed virally and was very well received. Furthermore, we want to support state institutions in finding suitable marketing instruments to reach certain population groups.
